An evaluation engagement that creates a Power Automate Proof of Concept based on your requirements.

This limited implementation is designed to evaluate if Power Automate is right for your organization’s business application integration initiative. We will create a Power Automate solution using your business requirements and show how the workflow/automation fulfills the requirement. This Proof-of-Concept implementation can be expanded to your production environment.

  • Provisioning of Power Automate License
  • Setup and creation of Power Automate Flows (Cloud and/or Desktop flows)
  • Show capabilities of Microsoft Power Automate
  • 2 hours of training

Agenda

Day 1
Kick-Off meeting with you, review of your current business process, and finalize the scope of the proof of concept with you.

Day 2, Day 3, Day 4
Provisioning of Power Automate License, creation of environment and creation of Power Automate Flows, cloud and/or desktop flows.

Day 5
Final walkthrough of the end-to-end solution with you, training, proof of concept closure, and planning of next steps.
